How do I get my fingerprint?
There are two easy ways. For the most detail, use a non-toxic ink pad (the baby and pet-safe ones work great, and are inexpensive and easy to find in most craft or baby stores and online, including Amazon): press the finger flat onto the pad, roll it gently onto plain white paper, then take a clear photo in good lighting and upload. Prefer not to use ink? You can also simply take a close-up, well-lit photo of your fingertip with the ridges clearly visible. Either way, sharp focus and even lighting give the best result.
Can I upload more than one fingerprint?
Yes. You can upload up to 3 fingerprints and we will arrange them within your chosen design.
What if I only have one fingerprint but want a fuller design?
No problem. For the heart and butterfly designs your single print is mirrored and duplicated to fill the shape beautifully, so it still looks complete.
What designs can I choose from?
You can choose the layout that suits your prints, including single oval, heart, and butterfly styles. The design adapts automatically to how many fingerprints you upload.
Can I add a message?
Yes. You can add a text engraving on the back, perfect for a name, date, or short note.
Is the engraving free?
Yes, engraving is always included at no extra cost.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes, it is waterproof and safe for everyday wear. We just recommend avoiding harsh chemicals like perfume, chlorine, and cleaning products to keep it looking its best.
Can I wear it every day?
Absolutely. It is designed to be versatile and suit everyday looks, and it is tarnish resistant so it holds up to daily wear.
What metal options are available?
You can choose from gold tone (18k gold plated and gold vermeil) and silver tone (stainless steel and sterling silver), so you can match it to your everyday jewellery.
