What is the Keepsake Necklace?
It's a build-your-own necklace. Pick your chain style, material, and length, then add as many charms as you like. Choose from engravable charms for names, initials, dates, or messages, or meaningful charms like birthstones and birth flowers that represent the people closest to you.
What chain styles are available?
We have two styles: Cable Chain and Paperclip Chain. Both come in 18k Gold Plated, Gold Vermeil, Sterling Silver, and Stainless Steel.
What sizes does the necklace come in?
We offer multiple lengths so you can pick the fit that works best for you, whether you like a closer fit or a longer, layered look.
Can I add charms later?
Yes! You can buy individual charms separately and clip them onto your necklace whenever you want. It's designed to grow with your story.
Do charms come at a discount when bought with the necklace?
They do! When you add charms to your necklace at checkout, they're 50% off. It's the best way to start your collection.
What materials are used?
Our necklaces are made from surgical-grade 316L stainless steel with either 18k gold PVD plating, gold vermeil, or sterling silver. All materials are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are crafted and shipped within 24 hours. You can find delivery timeframes in the delivery tab or more accurately at checkout.
How should I care for my necklace?
Gently clean with a soft cloth and store in a dry place. Try to avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, or harsh chemicals to keep the finish looking its best.
